Bringing Back the American Dream
So why start a movement to bring back the American Dream?
Remember “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”? Remember “We the People”?
A lot has changed in the past 200 years. But, what has NOT changed is our ability as Americans to control our own Destiny. As each of us makes a commitment to bring back our own personal American Dream, collectively we will Bring Back THE American Dream!
So what IS the American Dream?
I believe it is not only time to redefine the American Dream, but it is time to make it PERSONAL. What is YOUR American Dream? How would you define YOUR ideal life?
Let’s start with a short personal survey!
- Question #1) On a scale of 1-10 how important is your PHYSICAL HEALTH? On that same scale of 1-10 where are you right now? Is there a GAP between where you are right now, and where you really want to be?
- Question #2) On a scale of 1-10 how important is your FINANCIAL HEALTH? On that same scale of 1-10 where are you right now? Is there a GAP?
- Question #3) On a scale of 1-10 how important is your TIME FREEDOM? On that same scale of 1-10 where are you right now? Is there a GAP?
- Question #4) On a scale of 1-10 how COMMITTED ARE YOU to filling your GAPS?
Why have GAPS become an acceptable way of life in America?
As someone who has spent three long days in a survival situation fighting for my life, and becoming almost certain that it was about to end, I feel qualified to tell you that LIFE IS TOO SHORT to live with any GAPS. There is so much more to life than getting up everyday and struggling to survive and eek out an existence.
IT IS TIME!!!
It is time to bring back the American Dream. It is time to bring back YOUR American Dream by filling YOUR GAPS!
This website and blog is committed to supporting EVERY AMERICAN in bringing back THEIR American Dream! On this website we will provide you with the resources and the support, you will need to begin down the path of living YOUR American Dream. Regardless of your background, or circumstances, today is your day!
Thomas Paine wrote:
These are the times that try men’s souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it NOW, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly:– ‘Tis dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to set a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed, if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.
Let’s begin this journey towards the freedom of the NEW AMERICAN DREAM!

BRING BACK THE AMERICAN DREAM
The devil’s disciple is living upstairs,
There’s children on the streets and nobody cares,
People giving up, selling up, messing up, jacking up,
Packing up daily, with just another preacher on my TV to save me.
We traded our dreams for the day of the gun,
Nobody shows remorse for some mother’s son,
People getting mugged, getting bugged, begging meals, dirty deals,
No-one feels no more, you don’t need a riot for a reason to fight a street war.
Give me back the streets I can walk on,
Bring back the American Dream,
Give me someone I can believe in,
Where can the answer be? Not on the news or MTV!
So where is the American Dream?
There’s to many players running the game,
They wanna share the game but they won’t share the blame,
Easy money made doing trade, getting laid 50 bucks how it suck’s each day,
Do unto others or they’ll do it to you, that’s their way.
The freeway is jamming it’s down to a crawl,
Detroit perfume is killing us all,
People sleeping rough on the stuff, playing tough,
Killer eye’s crazy guy’s stalking and nobody’s goanna change a thing by just talking.
Give me back the streets I can walk on,
Bring back the American Dream,
Give me someone I can believe in,
Where can the answer be? Not on the news or MTV!
So where is the American Dream?
It’s quarter after dark and we can’t see a thing,
Goodbye J.F. Bobby and King goodbye to the American Dream.
Give me back the streets I can walk on,
Bring back the American Dream,

I have been self-employed since 1972 and have always known that I didn’t want someone else telling me what and when I could do something. My independence was important to me, however, along with that came a great deal of responsibility that was shouldered entirely upon me. When I found this team with a vision and dream that aligned with my own, I felt blessed. I feel that if we all do our part as a team that we can achieve great and monumental things in life. We all have the same purpose and that is to ‘Bring Back the American Dream.’ To join a movement that can literally take back our country is a legacy that I want to leave. If you feel the same, please join us and help us to make a difference!

I have worked hard my entire life and have never shied away from or complained about working 10 or 12 hour days and 6 or 7 days a week.
I am also an eternally optimistic person and believe that all of life’s twists and turns (successes & disappointments) have brought me to the person that I am now.
All of that having been said,I thank God daily for presenting this opportunity before me….Bringing Back the American Dream!
This is an opportunity to help so many people in so many different ways and to help them achieve whatever their personal American Dream might be!
I don’t assume to know the hopes and dreams of anyone other than myself, but I do know that this opportunity is so diverse and is available to anyone who chooses to take their destiny back in their own hands!
I can tell you one thing with absolute certainty…the people I have met so far and the experiences that we have shared are life-changing!
You only have to choose to start the journey…..I look forward to meeting you along the way.

Wow! I thank God for this opportunity to bring back the American Dream! I have always felt deep down that there was a better way than the 9 to 5! The American Dream means so many things and different things to different people. It means many things to me as well, but to put it in a nutshell the American Dream means the ability to provide the absolute best life for my family and friends that I care about SO much! It is the ability to help the less fortunate without a limit. It is the ability to do what I want, when I want, and help whomever I want at any given time. I am so excited to be a part of this movement to restore hope in our society and help others believe in themselves, even if they do not believe it yet. We are part of a grassroots movement that is changing the lives of thousands and soon millions. I am honored to be on the Freedom Train, jump aboard! It’s leaving the station and there’s plenty of room for everyone that wants to make a difference and be a part of this movement! Thanks, Dodi

If you missed hearing Rick interviewed by Scott Stiegler on 770AM (KKOB)last night, they were spectacular! How refreshing to hear hope instead of the usual doom and gloom we hear in the news, on television and radio! For the next 11 weeks, you will be able to hear different contributors describing their unique approach to Bringing Back The American Dream on this radio station on Tuesday evenings from 7-8 (MDT). A very special thanks to Scott for making this possible! If you can’t get it on your radio, you can hear it live on the web at http://www.770kkob.com

The actual definition of the American Dream can vary from person to person, but the common theme for all Americans is that of freedom, peace, and hope. The opportunity we have with IBA at this point in time is nothing short of monumental. They say that if it aint’ broke, don’t fix it. But the life many people want is broke, and we are fixing it! We all need to embrace the idea that we CAN have the American Dream. It’s not pie in the sky stuff, it is reality. All we need to do is plug in with like minded people and make it happen. I’m thankful that I have been introduced to visionaries like Rick Peterson, Bob Crosetto and Deb Erickson. Together, we’re bringing back the American Dream!

This concept of bringing back the American Dream has caught hold of me. I am so tired of settling when there is so much more that I am capable of achieving for me and my family. I am getting the bracelets to keep me inspired as well as to spread the word and the dream to everyone I know.

The idea of actually experiencing the American Dream seemed like a pipe dream. The freedom to enjoy life and the pursuit of happiness has been in the hearts of many. I know it’s been in mine. I’ve found hope again to achieve just that. Making my strengths productive and my weakness irrelevant. Thanks Bob Crosetto! What great wisdom. We have choices. I choose not to be the problem but help in being part of the solution. Reach out and grab hold of those who can help you achieve your American Dream! I just did.

I’ve been very blessed! I grew up in a home where my father and mother were health care providers (Hospital Administrator and Director of Nursing)in a rural community in Tennessee. We had a house, our food, and a car furnished by the hospital, but the combined monthly income from both parents was $100 a month (1954-1964). My parents didn’t pay Federal Income Tax until 1965, because they didn’t make enough money to be taxed!
In 1971, my father went into business for himself and I joined him in 1972. He retired at 64 in 1986 and I retired in 1996 at the age of 49. I have experienced the American Dream, at least the financial aspect, for several years, but it wasn’t until recently that I have begun to experience the complete American Dream by enjoying physical and emotional wellness. Seems to me like the American Dream was about having hope. How do you bring back hope? I used to have hope that my kids would have a better life than I have had, but my hope has dwindled with my investments. It seems to me that the country is not only experiencing an economic depression but individually people are suffering from depression in greater numbers. Everywhere you turn people are talking doom and gloom. I get so tired of hearing about the crisis on the news but I feel like I need to know what’s happening. There just doesn’t seem like there is good news anywhere. I want to find hope again.

This is a movement who’s time has come. We are bright, resourceful, powerful people who have gotten complacent with our freedom. It is time for us to get back in the game and create what we truly desire, not just wait for someone to give us something to help us get by. I’m tired of settling for scraps. I love the idea of creating energy that builds to a national movement. How do I get involved?

As a retired business consultant that has reviewed, bought, and sold hundreds of businesses and looked and doezens of different business models, I can tell you that the current business model in America is broken. This doesn’t mean that there is no hope, in fact it means that now is the time for more opportunity for the average american to build their own American dream than at any other time in our history.
